Most failed tub installations we are called out to repair come down to the same problem the base was not built for the actual load. A filled hot tub with bathers can easily exceed two tonnes, and a standard garden slab will move under that weight, throwing the cabinet out of square and stressing the plumbing. Every outdoor hot tub base we pour is reinforced and sized to your specific model, with a fall designed in to clear surface water and a small upstand around the perimeter to keep splash water away from the cabinet.

We treat the surround as the priority view from the house, so the access steps, the screening, the lighting and the path back to the patio are all designed together.
